Something New, Rufus Wise

Gday,

Yeah I know it's been a while but I stumbled across something tonight and I thought I would share it with you all.

While looking for anything new in Doctor Who I came across this BBC (UK) trailer for Autumn/Winter viewing and besides it showing (count em) 3 of Doctor Who's actors - Doctors past and present - it also showed a new show starring our very favourite Rufus Sewell in Aurelio Zen.

So *crosses fingers* here is the link. He has a snog innit! 8-)

Really looking forward to this. When I found out he was doing this I read all eleven books. Should be good...hate the wait!

Oh, sweet!

...and I still don't get BBC. Bugger basic cable. Still, good to see Rufus again! And it's really for the best that the lady-interest is a brunette - if she had been blonde-blue I probably would have cried.

Sarah,

Good news/bad news. Good news, Zen isn't on BBC America (checked their schedule), it's on PBS Sunday Masterpiece Mystery. Bad news, the Zen episodes are 100 minutes and PBS MM is 90 minutes. So they cut 10 minutes! AGGGG. Drove me nuts with Foyle's War, some of the episodes were cut in such a way that you missed key plot points. Thank God for DVDs.

We should have Zen this winter.
