Some of us have our taste buds wired a little differently. For me, a winning combination is feta cheese and garbanzo beans.

I like saying 'garbanzo.'

What color socks are your socks right now? I'm not wearing any right now.

What are you listening to right now? 1985-Bowling for soup.

What was the last thing you ate? hot dogs that we didn't use for the 4th of July

last person you spoke to on the phone? don't remember.

Favorite sport to watch on TV? Angel's baseball.

favorite drink? Dr.Pepper

Have you ever dyed your hair? no

favorite food? Pepperoni pizza from Dominos but anywhere is good.

last movie you watched? Tropic Thunder

favorite day of the year? Halloween

How do you vent anger? I don't really

Hi and welcome, DBA/wired! It's great to have you with us.

You're fortunate to live in a very beautiful area, I was out in California once, several years ago now, and it's an amazing state. Universal is incredible fun! And yes, it gets cold (I was there in October and did need a jacket several days), though it's not as bad as New England. I'm from CT originally, it can get absolutely brutal up there. (Now in Virginia - much happier!)

Pffff! According to wiki, the lowest average is something like -15C. That's niiiice weather, sweetie. You just can't hack the cold, s'all. (Unless you get wicked windchill like SK does. Stupid wiki never factors in that windchill can make a -32 day feel like -47...)

Yes, I do have to mock everyone for saying that it's cold where they live. Cuz,y'know what? I suffer through -50C (-58F) days and winters that last six months of the year so stfu. I've got it bad even for Canada.

It's a Canadian's (and Saskatchewanian's... or anyone from the Canadian prairies) privilege to be an ass to others about the weather. *nods*

In other news, I don't know how people who have it warm all the time can manage it. It'd so freak me out! And snowboarding, I'd miss snowboarding! And I'd burn like a bloody crisp - my left arm is pretty toasty right now and it's only 24C out! (Though it IS sunny.)

...

ummm...

Welcome?

*grin*

Noxzema. No, really! It's great for sunburns. Takes the sting out and fades them right to tan. Just rub a generous helping of it in before bedtime, and you'll be good to go in a day or two.

Sunburns for me never hurt... and this one is a burn on top of a tan so it has pretty much become a tan already... even if my skin there DID randomly decide to peel for absolutely no reason yesterday...

Meeeeh, I'll live. Hell if I actually get up, walk down two flights of stairs, out a building and across the street to the drugstore to buy some noxzema.

God I love living downtown. I'm a minute away from a Tim Hortons, a drug store, a stirfry place and a McDonalds (which is gross). And a three minute walk to a 7/11 and a seven minute walk to a Safeway...

And that's only the stores running north/south.

Coffee/donut/sandwich/and such shop. It's the number one fast food chain in Canada. Yes, it's bigger than McDonalds.

What can I say? It was started by a hockey player and we Canadians love us some hockies.

Hey guys, I'm back after a really long time. I missed you guys so much, but don't ask why I was gone. They're stupid reasons for being gone for so long. (Guy problems and video game addictions, actually. Heh, pathetic.)

I was too afraid to come back empty-handed, so I have a gift for you guys.

Yay Rachel! Should post that in your thread, Kalli :3

And, yeah, I should draw some Hood in handcuffs, but I need to find a good ref first... Too bad dA isn't as fond as naked (or mostly naked) men as they are women... Naked people are MUCH better for anatomy refs.
