I am finishing up my second story as we speak and I think I got enough groping going around already! Again. Since when did I turn into this? Blame Hood. He can be incorrigible!

(snickers) I know, he's just too damn cute. Particularly when he's being obtuse... If I can manage to do something about it without the rating going sky-high, though, I am going to have to address that Mile-High Club thing. That just begs to be asked about.

Oh, it so does! And the mile high club bit lead me to ask what Hood was actually up to on spring break. I mean, didn't he say that he didn't really go party like Rachel did? I'm thinking he had some... fun... in the stacks >:3

It works with an incandescent light bulb. Ever touched one of those after it's been burning for a while? Definitely hot enough to cook cupcakes. Or pancakes, Nikki?

(Today, I nearly burned myself... three times. And then I started a beaker full of ethanol on fire. Oh yeah, I'm smooth.)

Sarah, I didn't nearly set the beaker of ethanol on fire, I did set a beaker of ethanol on fire. I had to use the rubber gripper thing to remove the tongs from it and then put a mouse pad over top to kill its oxygen supply, XD

Pancakes for handcuffs... hmmm... I think I like this trade...!

And, yeah, you need to start your own thread, Kel! Even if it appears that you have as much focus for writing as I currently do...

Ok, I will eventually. It has just been so busy around here, holy cow! But I did set aside an hour last night (at 2 am) to write, so I am trying.

I'll go back to working on Revenge is Sweet (the handcuffs) within the next day or two, if you don't mind Minutes being put on hold for a few days. Once I get over the bump I can have it up fairly quickly. The issue is just... the bump.

I'm slightly screwed for Pancakes cuz I haven't actually written anything from it for awhile... so, yeah, lost my train of thought? This is why when I write, I write. I do not eat, I do not sleep, hell, I do not breathe... I just write.

(Making outlines circumvents this necessity which is why I make many, incredibly detailed outlines.)

I haven't touched RiS in ages now, so we're kind of in the same boat. But I'll get RiS done if it means you'll be back to... I can't really say 'cooking', that's too bad of a pun even for me.

(Normally I write at work/school but, well, I'm not writing fanfic at work. Hell, I haven't even got to the drawing fanart part... I'm still just sketchin' original characters...)

Can't you think of more than one thing at work and just write it down when you get home? That's what I do... though, my work is much less mentally demanding than yours. And I'm not likely to set myself on fire, either.
