Stuck at a boring part with the director... still. Would skip past that part, but then I'll never, ever write it.

Sure! Mostly, I have... well, no idea what to do. Basically, the director has to give 'em a case that's entirely political in nature, Hood isn't impressed, Rachel just shrugs it off and Felix finds it amusing that he gets to possibly see the important people's dirty laundry. (Especially since the case they're taking has been pretty highly publicised - teenaged kids of politicians having very public sex and they're not the kids you'd think would do that - and they just saw a bit of the case in action.)

'cept I have no idea how to start... and I don't think I even have a digital copy of what I've written thus so far... I think it's all on paper >.>;

All of my stuff starts out on paper, it's much easier for me to write that way still.

Also, my first fully typed draft of RiS is now complete, I'll go over it again tomorrow to check for continuity and editing. Can I send you a copy for review tomorrow night? Oh, and do you have support for .pages documents? If not... I do have NeoOffice. (grumbles)

I'm sure I can find a converter if I don't, XD As always, leave the techy stuff to me, XD You can, however, save as .doc in that program, Sarah. The internet tells me this, lawl!

In... what? Neo? (Follow the white rabbit... yeah) Its default save is .odt or something of that nature.... and FF.net has high support for that, so, whatever. The comp is still fast, and I have not lost (or rather, I have regained) my ability to post. So, s'all good.

Ah, no, in whichever program you're using that saves as .pages. Very rarely do programs only save in one file type - if you can only save as one file type, it's a program of fail, XD

I'd just buy MS Office for Mac, really. But I'm attached to Word.

I'm using iWork's Pages program, and I find it a perfectly acceptable subsitute for Word, really. I don't have the disposable income to upgrade my computer with every breath I take, unfortunately, so I have to work with what I've got.

I will definetly look into getting those to save as .docs. If I can get it to work, that means I can get rid of NeoOffice again and have fewer things taking up disk space, yay!

XD I have disposable income, but I've worked a hell of a lot to get it. I've definitely spent too much this month, though... what with the Sims, 130 dollars worth of books, a printer/scanner, the usb cable for the printer (rip off!) and Firefly...

The opposite of awful? I just finished a grammar sweep and will read it over again in a few - I got your email about ten minutes from the end of an episode of SG-1 so I'm just finishing that up now :3
