Haha, no sweat guys... Well actually, lots of sweat, since it's really hot here (Summer's being mean) and the heaters in my apartment are still on (like WTF??) And it was to make up for that little while without new videos. I couldn't do any today though.... Ahhhh ANIME NORTH was so much fun >.>.
Weather here in VA is just about perfect. Mid 70's to 80 F during the day, goes down to a little over 60 F at night. And don't worry, Nikki. Eventually you learn to ignore emergency vehicles. (And train whistles, we live right near an old whistle-stop, so the trains are always sounding their... horns, whistles, whatever the proper term is - on the way through. It's nice.
Also, mega props to Kalli, as always. The end of Medea is just too good, and I love being able to see it again. Thanks much!!
Medea was only show over here (UK) a few days ago. It felt strange knowing full well that this might be it's final ever episode, news of the shows cancellation was on the net only a few episodes into the series. I have to say, they went out on a good one. Agent Lee risks everything to help Hood, the FBI Director shows up finally (I thought he was going to be one of those characters in shows that people mention - but never appears on screen), Hood and Rachel get torn apart and reunited, their relationship stronger than ever. After this episode ended I finally told my dad the news of its cancellation, "Why, it's a bloody good show?" (What can I say to that.)
And I totally agree with my EHSM. Written by Stephen Gallagher, the episode was very exciting and it showed how much both Hood and Rachel care for each other. Hood risked a lot trying to save Rachel and their relationship grew so much over time that Hood admitted to Rachel that if she had died, he wouldn't have dealt with it *melts*
Lets hope it takes less time to come back to are screens than Doctor Who did, I started campaining for it to come back from 1990 (when I was 9) till its return in 2005(when I was 24). It took a little longer than I'd of hoped for. Twin Peaks is still a no though (CBS are soooo evil).
Since the show is translated in Germany and that takes time (much more than it has to) Medea was on, 4 weeks ago. I loved the episode so much, so I recorded the rerun at night . The next day I went on the internet to see when the second season will be on….
Does anyone know if EH will be out (or is out) on blue-ray? Because I think blue-ray has no region code (has it?) so I could order it from a shop in the USA.
Given how much trouble WB is giving us even with the regular DVD release, I'm sorry to say that I doubt there will be a Blue-Ray version released anytime soon. Once we've gotten EH back and it's proven itself for a couple of seasons, maybe; but as it stands, no. Sorry!
